The Management Referral module within Cohort is an effective tool for managing sickness absence within any organisation and can assist in helping staff to remain at work, who may otherwise require time off sick.
This module helps to plan, direct and optimise services in order to meet key performance indicators (KPI’s) and provide important hot spot information for any organisation.

- Advice supporting staff back to work following a period of sickness absence
