Sickness Absence
Just knowing that your organisation has a time lost through a sickness level of 4% is in itself not useful. You need to know among which groups the absence is occurring and within which departments. You need to know if it is a problem of frequent short-term absence or long-term sickness absence. Only when you have this level of information can you develop truly appropriate interventions.
