Electronic Staff Records

In the past, the NHS operated with a number of different HR and payroll systems. In each of these authorities, there were wide variations in the administrative processes used by HR and payroll staff. The NHS has now replaced all of these systems with a single system (ESR), to standardise the processes.

To assist Occupational Health with utilising this data, Cohort uses a generic outward bound interface from ESR to populate the Cohort system.

• Ensures starters and leavers are automatically catered for
• Automatic amendments to Employee demographic
• Interface can be run on a regular basis (weekly, monthly)
